• Ownership Structure: Privately held by Sasindu Dharmasena based out in Sri Lanka, with no affiliations to any other block producers that would create conflicts of interest.

• Funding & Revenue Model: Revenue is derived solely from BP rewards and potential additional services related to blockchain infrastructure. We do not engage in undisclosed partnerships or external financial dependencies that could influence governance decisions.

• Voting Policy: We maintain a neutral and ethical approach to voting, prioritizing the long-term sustainability and success of the XPR network.
